Is your regular caregiver on vacation or sick? Is public school or your local daycare closed, but you’re not off from work? Does grandma need a break? Maybe your school-aged child’s holiday schedule doesn’t match your work schedule? Whenever your schedule changes, we’re here to lend the helping hand you need. Lightbridge Academy is committed to serving the needs of working families.
With Lightbridge Academy’s back-up care, parents can reserve a day here and there — or even up to weeks at a time — at your local center. Back-up child care is available at all Lightbridge Academy locations on a space-available basis for infants through school-aged children.
For us, it’s about more than convenience – it’s about safety. The stress of having an unexpected schedule change is hard enough without worrying that your child isn’t safe or properly cared for. When you choose us for back-up child care, you’ll also enjoy peace of mind knowing the Lightbridge Academy staff, teachers, and caregivers have received CPR and first-aid training. Every member of our staff meets all state requirements for background checks.

Registration will require the completion and return of the appropriate documents below
to your chosen child care center on or before your first day of back-up child care.
