Basic American Sign Language can begin with infants to ease pre-verbal frustration by learning signs for words like “more” and “eat.” As your child becomes older, more advanced sign language is incorporated into the program.
Our Reading Readiness Program is designed to give each child the opportunity to learn skills that are key building blocks to becoming a strong reader. Creating a partnership between school and home is an easy way to ensure the continued success of your child! Whether it is to ease transitions between activities or as a learning tool, music is an integral part of the day at Lightbridge Academy. Our Singing Sprouts program creates a rich and dynamic learning environment offering many possible routes for children to explore and learn as they grow in awareness and curiosity about music. Have fun with music in your own home: sing, be silly, make instruments and play! If you find yourself making the same dishes over and over again and are ready for something new, you’ve come to the right place. We’ve created the Lightbridge Recipe Exchange that has all of our favorite Lightbridge family-tested recipes, yum!
