Highly Qualified Professionals
Our lead teachers, who focus on specific age groups, are required to hold a Child Development Associate® (CDA) certification, which is the most widely recognized credential in the early childhood education field. Many of our teachers also hold either an associate or bachelor’s degree in education.
Serious About Safety
We know that you place a great deal of trust in us when you choose to partner with us. Lightbridge Academy’s commitment to health and safety is second to none, and that extends to the infant, toddler, and preschool teacher hiring process. Each of our teachers has been fingerprinted and passed a background check. Since CPR and first aid training is required, we provide it to them at no cost.

Our teachers are rewarded with smiles each day, but we also give our centers the opportunity to provide awards for extraordinary educators. At some Lightbridge Academy locations, an individual teacher is recognized each month for going above and beyond to live out one of our core values. “As a teacher for Lightbridge Academy, I have worked with multiple age groups from toddlers to preschool/pre-k. I have had the pleasure to experience my students from having a 5-minute circle time to gradually moving to 20-minute circle time, with them signing their colors, and saying them in Spanish. With my pre-k classroom we focused on different areas, such as learning sight words, spelling their full names in sign language, to even reciting our vision and mission. The feeling of seeing their faces light up when feeling proud when they realized they accomplished something new or being able to recite the vision and mission is unmeasurable. That to me is best part of the job for sure!”
