You can’t have an Independence Day celebration without Uncle Sam, but you really can’t have one without ice cream! That is why these adorable and patriotic Uncle Sam ice cream cones should be on the menu at any 4th of July party. Wow guests of all ages with these sweet treats:

  • Scoop out enough servings of vanilla ice cream for all of your guests. Put these servings on a plate and place it in your freezer.
  • Use upside-down wafer cones to create hats. Frost the new bottom of the cone and attach a blue piece of fruit leather. Use red, blue, and white frosting to create stripes and stars on the rest of the cone.
  • Place a cone hat on each frozen ice cream scoop. Use blue and red candies to create eyes and a nose. Apply whipped cream to the bottom of the scoop to give Uncle Sam his beard.

Children and adults alike are sure to love these patriotic desserts!
