- The Lightbridge Journey App. This app is an innovative and dynamic tool exclusively designed for our parents to stay connected while they’re away from their little one(s). This app is an all-encompassing hub for families and staff members to remain in constant communication and provides details on a child’s daily progress as well as center happenings, updates, and more, which is not often the case with many daycare centers!Because it can be accessed anywhere, the Lightbridge Journey app allows parents and caregivers to easily experience the benefits of direct communication with the center and convenient access to resources that help them keep up with the progress of their child’s development. It also gives real-time updates and information on upcoming events and announcements which is not often something offered in many daycare centers.
- Open Door Policy and Transparency. Parents are faced with many emotions when placing their child in a group care setting whether it be with a nanny, in a daycare center, or in an educational child care environment. A greater level of transparency about the care they are receiving will allow families to rest easy knowing their child is happy, safe, and actively enjoying their experience at school.The level of transparency we offer simply can’t be beat thanks to our use of the ParentView® Internet Monitoring System, which allows authorized users the ability to log in to see their child in real-time through closed-circuit video in the classroom.

This includes staying up-to-date with the latest health and safety guidelines provided by resources such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as state licensing regulations. All Lightbridge Academy centers follow specific brand guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing classrooms, toys, and frequently touched surfaces throughout the day and in the evening.
