Quick & Easy Breakfast Ideas for Parents on the Go!

You’ve heard this since you were a child yourself, but the old saying still rings true today… Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! This is especially true for your child! Here at Lightbridge Academy we make learning fun! Your child is constantly stimulated to be creative and curious. Whether your mobile infant is working hard to take that first step, or your preschool aged child is taking laps on our playground, a lot of energy is burned throughout the day in our child care centers! A good mix of slow burning carbohydrates, protein and fiber at breakfast time will fuel your child’s growing body throughout the day.
