My name is Rebecca Yerkes, and I am the Director of Education at Lightbridge Academy of Doylestown. I have over 10 years of experience in the Early Childhood field and hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and Elementary education. I am also a certified teacher in Preschool – Sixth Grade. Rachel Doyle is our phenomenal Director of Operations. She joined our team in early 2025 and she brings with her over 15 years of experience in various settings. She is a leader in the childcare industry, and we are so excited to have her onboard with us! We look forward to sharing all the great things our center has to offer and how we can help ensure your child has the best early childhood experience in town!

Our state-of-the-art child care center has been scrubbed and sanitized from top to bottom and enhanced health and safety procedures are in place. Our proprietary Seedings curriculum focuses on the whole child, incorporating areas such as reading and writing readiness, language and literacy, social and emotional development, STREAM (science, technology, reading, engineering, art, math), and utilizing the outdoor learning environment for collaborative learning and play.
