Welcome to Lightbridge Academy of Wake Forest! We're delighted to serve the Wake Forest, Rolesville, Youngsville, Forestville, and Falls communities with a nurturing and safe environment where every child can learn, play, and grow. We are excited to announce that construction of our new facility is underway, bringing us closer to our grand opening in late summer/early fall 2025! We are now pre-enrolling for all ages. A Message From Us
As local owners, Shelby and Brian - both IT executives with a passion for early childhood education - are committed to bringing the best in care and learning to our community. Shelby has been in the RTP area since 2011, and Brian since 2000. After spending time in the beautiful North Carolina mountains with their family during COVID, they moved back in 2021 with their then 3-year-old daughter, Londyn, and realized the need for high-quality early childhood education in the area, inspiring them to bring Lightbridge Academy to Wake Forest.
Our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs are thoughtfully designed to support each child's development through a blend of structured activities and creative play. We're here Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and are excited to partner with everyone in our Circle of Care - including parents, staff, community, and owners - to ensure every child, who is at the center of all we do, has a fantastic start to their lifelong love of learning!

Can I enroll my child in Lightbridge Academy at any time?
Yes. Enrollment at all Lightbridge Academy locations is ongoing as long as space is available.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of days per week my child can attend Lightbridge Academy?
All Lightbridge Academy locations are open Monday through Friday. Most programs are available from 2 to 5 days per week. Back-up care is available on a daily and space available basis.
