Our owners, Mandy and Shawn Dhingra, are parents of two children, which helps them understand the challenges faced by working families.

Our Seedlings Curriculum focuses on the whole child, covering areas such as writing (Handwriting Without Tears), language and literacy, social and emotional development, STREAM (science, technology, reading, engineering, art, math), and outdoor learning for collaborative learning and play. Families can also expect to benefit from state-of-the-art technology, including ParentView®️ Internet Monitoring and real-time updates through our e-communication app.

With over 20 years in early childhood education, Gania brings a wealth of experience as both a teacher and a school leader. Gania is known for her calm, confident leadership and her ability to build trusting relationships with families and staff. She fosters a warm, nurturing environment where children thrive, teachers feel supported, and parents feel truly seen and heard. Gania’s leadership style is a perfect match for Lightbridge Academy’s mission and Circle of Care philosophy.

🌟 Trista Kremer – Assistant Director
Trista brings over a decade of experience working with children and families through preschool administration, church-based education programs, and community outreach. From coordinating early childhood ministries to co-directing a private preschool, she has always led with compassion, structure, and a deep love for children’s growth and development. Trista’s background supports our mission of nurturing the whole child and creating a warm, welcoming environment for families and staff alike.
