Meet the Center Director, Kellie Kelco!

Hello, my name is Kellie Kelco, and I am proud to serve as the Center Director of Lightbridge Academy of Blue Bell. With a degree in Early Childhood Education and over a decade of experience in the childcare industry since 2011, I have held various leadership roles dedicated to supporting children’s growth and development. Most recently, I served as a Regional Field Director, overseeing six schools across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. As a proud Jersey girl and parent of two wonderful children—Riverlee, 2.5 years old, and Bryson, 6 years old—I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my role. I’m especially excited to share that Riverlee is a student at Lightbridge Academy of Blue Bell, giving me the unique perspective of being both a Center Director and a parent at this amazing school. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and baking with my children, and exploring the outdoors with our dog, Willow. What I love most about working in early childhood education is witnessing those magical “lightbulb moments” when children and staff alike discover, learn, and grow to reach their full potential I am thrilled to be a part of the Lightbridge Academy family and look forward to building strong relationships with your family. Together, we will create a nurturing and supportive environment that feels like a true extension of your home.
