This summer, Jack was diagnosed with Infantile Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (INAD), a very rare and progressive genetic disorder. Right now, there’s hope – a promising gene therapy trial could change his future. But for the gene therapy trial to be considered, his family must raise the funds necessary.

Stop by our Fun Run for Jack at the Sayreville Little League on November 22nd from 11am-3pm. Enjoy a relay race/obstacle course while wearing a blow up costume, friendly wiffleball competition, food vendors, music, raffles and so much more!
