A Message From Us
Hello! My name is Amee Shah and I am so happy to be a part of the Lightbridge Family. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve dedicated my career to building nurturing, high-quality school communities where children, families, and educators feel valued and supported. As a School Director, I lead with compassion, integrity, and a commitment to both strong operations and joyful learning environments. I hold degrees in Education & Finance and Accounting, which allow me to effectively balance the heart of education with the business of running a successful school. I’m passionate about mentoring teachers, fostering strong school culture, and creating meaningful partnerships with families. Our Assistant Director, Katherine Rocha began her career with Lightbridge in 2017 in our Manalapan location and has been a valued member of the Lightbridge Academy Family ever since. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is always going above and beyond for them! We know that leaving your children in our capable hands takes a big leap of trust, and we thank you for allowing us to have that honor.
Every moment is a learning moment at Lightbridge Academy and it shows! Our Seedlings curriculum focuses on the whole child and is designed to help infants, toddlers and preschool children meet key developmental milestones. We strive to meet the needs of our working families as well as our stay-at-home moms/dads who are looking for a program that will offer early education and socialization for their children on a part time basis. In order to do so, we offer our families a flexibility in programming, ranging from 2, 3 or 5 days per week for children ages 6 weeks through Preschool/Pre-K. We look forward to meeting you and having you join our family!

Can I enroll my child in Lightbridge Academy at any time?
Yes. Enrollment at all Lightbridge Academy locations is ongoing as long as space is available.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of days per week my child can attend Lightbridge Academy?
All Lightbridge Academy locations are open Monday through Friday. Most programs are available from 2 to 5 days per week. Back-up care is available on a daily and space available basis.
