Rachel Doyle, Center Director, and Shannon Bean, Assistant Director, lead our center with passion, care, and expertise. Rachel brings more than 15 years of leadership in early childhood program operations, along with real-world family experience that helps her connect with parents and support every child’s unique needs. Shannon brings a decade of experience as a lead teacher and is much loved by both families and children. She plays an important role in the daily life of our school, helping to create a warm, organized, and supportive environment for everyone in our community.

Our goal is simple: to create a warm, high-performing community where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to learn — and where families feel confident, included, and truly welcomed from day one.
