Lightbridge Academy of Port St. Lucie, FL is thrilled to bring high-quality childcare and early education to families in our growing community! Located in St. Lucie West, right off I-95 in PGA Village, we’re conveniently located just minutes from Tradition and close to the growing communities of PGA Verano, Astor Creek, and Wylder.

We’re more than just a daycare — we’re a preschool where children are encouraged to learn, explore, and grow every day. Our nurturing environment helps children develop essential skills, build confidence, and cultivate a lifelong love of learning while preparing them for kindergarten and beyond. From infant care at 6 weeks old through VPK, we provide a nurturing place for your child to learn, grow, and thrive. We also provide a Summer Camp experience as well.

A message from us

Hello! My name is Melissa Serret, and I am the Center Director here at Lightbridge Academy of Port St. Lucie. I am so excited to welcome you and your family to our school!

I started my journey in Early Childhood Education in 2012 and joined Lightbridge Academy of Port St. Lucie in May 2024. I started here as a teacher and have had the opportunity to work my way into administration and now into my role as Center Director. Being able to grow alongside this school has been so special to me. Along the way, I have had the opportunity to get to know so many of our children and families, build relationships with our amazing teachers, and watch our Lightbridge family continue to grow.

As a mom myself, I know how important it is to feel comfortable and confident with the people you are trusting to care for your child every day. I want our families to know that my door is always open. Whether you have a question, a concern, need help with something, or just want to stop by and say hi, we are always here for you.

One of my favorite things about Lightbridge is our Circle of Care philosophy. Our children are at the center of everything we do, and I truly believe it takes all of us working together, our families, teachers, leadership team, owners, and community, to give our children the best experience possible.

We are so happy to have you as part of our Lightbridge family, and I cannot wait to get to know you and your child.
