At Lightbridge Academy of Randolph, NJ, we understand how important it is to know your child is safe, loved, cared for, and learning during their most important early years. We are honored to partner with families and provide a nurturing “home away from home” where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.

Meet Ms. Ashley, Center Director

Ms. Ashley brings 15+ years of early childhood education experience to Lightbridge Academy. She has held a variety of roles within our Lightbridge family, beginning as a Head Teacher and advancing into administration and eventually Center Director. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a K–5 teaching certification. Her passion for children began long before her professional career through babysitting, Sunday School, youth leadership, coaching, and working with young children. Ms. Ashley is dedicated to creating a warm, family-focused environment where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn. Outside of school, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, snowboarding, swimming, baking, and playing sports.

Meet Ms. Sahar, Additional Center Director

Ms. Sahar has 20+ years of childcare and education experience, Sahar brings extensive expertise in school administration, operations, enrollment, family engagement, and team leadership. She holds a degree in Business Administration & Human Resources and is passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children, families, and educators can thrive. As a mother of two teenagers, Sahar understands the importance of strong family partnerships and quality early childhood education. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with children, families, and educators to build welcoming school communities and support children’s academic, social, and emotional development. She believes every child deserves to be seen, valued, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential.

Ms. Ashley and Ms. Sahar look forward to partnering with our families and making Lightbridge Academy of Randolph a place where every child feels loved, supported, and inspired to learn. 💙
