Welcome! I’m Amanda Topp, the proud Director of Lightbridge Academy of Champlin. With more than 30 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I understand that leaving your child in our capable hands takes a big leap of trust—and we are truly honored to be part of your family’s journey.
We are now open and actively enrolling! We invite you to tour our beautiful new center, meet our incredible teachers, and learn more about what makes Lightbridge Academy so special—from our ParentView® internet monitoring system and Lightbridge Journey app to our Seedlings curriculum brought to life in our nurturing classrooms.
Our school is conveniently located off Highway 169 North, right next to Target in Champlin and just minutes from the Mississippi Crossings Event Center. My dedicated team and I are excited to welcome you and your family to our community.

Can I enroll my child in Lightbridge Academy at any time?
Yes. Enrollment at all Lightbridge Academy locations is ongoing as long as space is available.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of days per week my child can attend Lightbridge Academy?
All Lightbridge Academy locations are open Monday through Friday. Most programs are available from 2 to 5 days per week. Back-up care is available on a daily and space available basis.
