Daniel Gray
Daniel Gray is a military veteran, husband to Denice, and father of two young children, Madeline and David. After nearly two decades of military service and moving his family around the world, Daniel experienced many different forms of child care firsthand. Those experiences shaped his belief that families deserve more than just daycare—they deserve high standards, exceptional quality, and an environment intentionally focused on their child’s development.
Daniel was drawn to Lightbridge Academy because of its commitment to education, quality, and community. As owner, he brings the same commitment to service, accountability, and high standards that defined his military career. He is also an active advocate for early childhood education through the Nashville Early Education Coalition (NEEC), Tennesseans for Quality Early Education (TQEE), and Tennessee childcare policy efforts.
His goal is to make Lightbridge Academy of Mt. Juliet a place where children thrive, parents feel confident in the care and education their children receive, and the school becomes an active and trusted part of the community it serves.
