Welcome to Lightbridge Academy of Somerset, NJ! My name is Jade, and I am delighted to introduce myself as the Center Director at Lightbridge Academy of Somerset. I have been working in the field of early childhood education for nearly nine years, holding a variety of roles that have shaped my passion for this work. I began my journey as an assistant teacher, and from the very first day, I knew that childcare was where I was meant to be. As both an educator and a mother of two, I understand firsthand how important it is to provide a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children to learn and grow. I am committed to ensuring that every child who walks through our door feels valued, supported, and cared for—just as I would want for my own children.
