I’m Jaclyn Hines, Center Director, and it is truly an honor to lead a dedicated team of educators who are passionate about helping every child learn, grow, and shine. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, I am proud to foster a community where children feel safe, families feel valued, and every day is filled with purpose and care.

Our leadership team is at the heart of the family experience here at Lightbridge Academy of Glenside. Caroline Vinson, Assistant Director, brings thoughtful leadership and genuine care to our center each day, while Silvia De La Hoz Vivas, Administrative Assistant, ensures our front office runs smoothly with warmth, organization, and attention to detail. Together, they help create a welcoming environment where families feel supported from the moment they walk in.

Through our Seedlings curriculum, children engage in intentional, play-based experiences that support early literacy, STEM exploration, creativity, and social-emotional development.
