With nearly 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Stephanie brings warmth, creativity, and a deep understanding of children to her role as Center Director. She believes childhood is a magical season—and she pours her heart into protecting that magic each day.
A valued member of Lightbridge in Delran for over a year, Stephanie supports both classrooms and operations, ensuring teachers feel encouraged, families feel welcomed, and children feel seen. With a degree in Art and a lifelong love for creative expression, she brings imagination and curiosity into learning environments, helping young learners explore, discover, and thrive.
As a mom, Stephanie understands the trust families place in childcare, and she honors that trust through compassion, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to each child’s well-being. Whether she’s guiding curriculum, lending a hand in a classroom, or partnering with parents, Stephanie champions a culture of belonging, joy, and growth.
