\r\n\tWe are Allison and Ben Kraft. Three years ago, my husband and I began exploring the idea of opening our own business, one that would give us more flexibility and allow us to be present for all of the important moments in our daughters\u2019 lives. Being a parent is hard. Balancing a career while still wanting to show up for every recital, game, and milestone can feel overwhelming at times.
\r\n
\r\nWhen we discovered Lightbridge Academy, it immediately felt different. We fell in love with everything they offer families. Safety and a strong curriculum were absolute non-negotiables for us, but what truly stood out was how deeply they understand the needs of working parents. The belief that it takes a community to raise a child really resonated with me. Childcare isn\u2019t one-size-fits-all, it requires flexibility, compassion, and a true partnership with families.

\r\nLightbridge doesn\u2019t just talk about these values, they live them. We visited several of their centers across the country and consistently saw the highest quality of care, thoughtful programming, and genuine support for families.

\r\nI\u2019m Oriana Brenzo-Bernard, Center Director at Lightbridge Academy of Powell. With a strong background in child development and education, I am passionate about creating an environment where the whole child is nurtured\u2014one in which every child is seen, valued, and inspired to explore the world with curiosity and confidence. Building and supporting a strong sense of community is at the heart of everything I do. I believe in fostering meaningful connections among children, families, educators and the community, cultivating a spirit of collaboration, empathy, and shared purpose. My goal is to create a space where everyone feels a true sense of belonging and experiences collective growth.<\/span>\r\n<\/p>\r\n
