Rachel brings more than 15 years of leadership in early childhood program operations, along with real-world family experience that helps her connect with parents and support every child\u2019s unique needs. Shannon brings a decade of experience as a lead teacher and is much loved by both families and children. She plays an important role in the daily life of our school, helping to create a warm, organized, and supportive environment for everyone in our community.
